Mike is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts with over thirty five years of experience in corporate, individual, independent and government environments. Mike has significant background in various industries including real estate, construction, retail, restaurants and professional services among many others and proven expertise in tax accounting, planning and strategies to help minimize tax liability for business owners and individuals. In addition to an undergraduate degree from St. Anselm College, Mike holds a Master’s Degree from Bentley College. Mike lives in West Newbury, Massachusetts with his wife Sandra and two sons, Christopher and Joseph.

Kim has over twenty years experience in bookkeeping and taxation. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State College in 1995. She began her career with a small accounting firm on the North Shore where she worked as a bookkeeper and tax preparer for a variety of clientele. She then moved on to working for a small CPA firm where she focused on bookkeeping and corporate taxation. She joined our firm in November 2010.

Kim is the office manager and resident jack-of-all-trades. She has been with the firm twelve years and provides a variety of levels of client and office support. As well as running the office, Kim handles client payroll services, bookkeeping and assists with individual tax returns. Her background is in software development and math. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 15 years as a software and website developer. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Kim lives in Rowley, Massachusetts with her husband Ken and children Jake, Riley and Cole.
